Minecraft crash

This isnt about the server but i dont have an acount on the minecraft forums so if anyone has an account on the forums please post this.

I open minecraft 1.5 and everything is fine but then when i place a block it crashes im not sure wats happening but notch sent out an update about 1 hour ago i think and it was after 1.5 had come out and now this happens dont update your minecraft

will this help anyone i used mcpatcher and went on test minecraft and this says wats happening

is this on single player or MP cause MP isnt stable yet. if it is SMP i would recomend deleteting minecraft from the base and start from the beginning.

wats SMP? and is the sever updated yet?

i meant singleplayer but no the server isnt updated yet it might take a while as it is a big update
but i will ofc update it as soon as possible. for now we just have to wait for the bukkit team

it is on single player and multi player i dont know wat to do i did un update minecraft but i whent back to minecraft 1.5_01 just a sec ago to check if notch had fixed it but he hasnt. it has happend to me, sammyDOzzy and mattstanfield

i dont get wat you said about deleting my minecraft and starting again i dont want to buy minecraft again and i dont want to start my worlds again

ok i hope you r running windows, in that case open the start menu and type %appdata% in the search field

it willl open a folder in there it will be a folder named minecraft open it and delete the folder named bin

this should fix it

If you have a mac this might not work but try it anyway

Yeh it does get laggy sammyDOzzy tryed the smallest pixels u can do and it crashed it mac.
