IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ!

Notch has announced that this week Minecraft 1.5 is being released! this means another day without pokemoncraft

So how can we avoid this?
it is very easy. delete your minecraft launcher and download the new one from here :
http://www.minecraft.net/download/Minecraft.exe?v=1303148511309

With the new launcher you will get asked if you would like to update.. simply press no. and then you will be able to play on the server until bukkit releases the new server software.

some of the new thing in MC 1.5:

Weather, storms, lightning, snow etc..

pigs that are struck by lightning will turn into pigzombies
zombies will spawn during storms

some kind of a minecart booster.

achivements and statistics is being released

and each tree gets there own sapling..

thats all i know for now..

no idk that would be fun tho so you have to stay in during the storm

Yeah, it'd be like swords and stuff. just holding it in your hand protects you from storms

BUUUUUUUT umbrellas are made from metal right?

So using one (in real life) is more likely to get you strick by lightning...

Umbrellas are originally made from wood. The first umbrella model was wooden, and works just like a metal one. Its also such a little amount of metal, umbrellas can only extremely rarely get struck. Thats a movie myth

the update is out as we speak, if you chose not to update you can still play on the server, il set up a new server when its out.
