VIP's are users that has the ability to spawn items.
if you are going to become a VIP member you need to have a reason, if for example you are going to build mega objects, or create pixel art.
The VIP members are trusted to follow the VIP Rules:
1. Do not spawn items just to sell them and gain money for yourself or others.
2. Do not spawn items to regular users
3. Do not spawn lava / water and place it all over the place
4. Do not build things near other peoples buildings unless it is ok with them
5. Do not build offensive objects, like Nazi symbols etc..
