Let me clear something up.

We are not 'raiders' or a threat. We just want a prosperous city. We want a beautiful land. That's what we've got.

When we visited the farmers, we didn't intend to threaten you. Your member, Benny, kept swinging his sword at us. It didn't do anything, but it was threatening. We were just there to ask for some supplies. We didn't MEAN to scare you.

Another thing; Don't plan on attacking us. In case you haven't seen, we have a very tough stronghold. We have several smart soldiers. We have plenty of armor, traps, and weapons. We don't WANT to fight, but we certainly will.

Could have a shop in Vivec. For a small fee, you can rent a shack in the new Market District of Vivec. This Market won't exist until next weekend.

So next weekend, head up north with some payment, and you might get a spot!
You might ask, "Why would I want a shop way up there?"
Well heres the thing... Its supposed to help you meet everyone without travelling back and forth constantly. Think, if you have ONE person as your merchant, you can send him up north and he can bring the things you want to trade!
Now what are the costs of renting, you might ask?

1 day - either 10 iron ingots, or 1 stack of coal
1 week - either 30 iron ingots, or 5 stacks of coal
1 month - either 2 diamonds, or a stack of iron, or 10 stacks of redstone
Permanent Shop - either 5 diamonds, or 5 stacks of iron, or 20 stacks of redstone
Permanent Shop - Luxury edition (more than one chest, bigger room) 10 diamonds, or 10 stacks of iron, or 30 stacks of redstone

Trying to get a permanent shop would be best, if you're interested.
Now you're asking, "How will I use a chest in Vivec's area?" Well we aren't going to claim the Market. That way, you can use the chests and doors and all that stuff. If you get cocky and try to claim your shop or try to claim ANYTHING near Vivec, we will start war with your faction, and we won't stop killing you until we claim it back or until you disband your faction.
We're doing this to be nice, and help you all out.

So don't take advantage of that. As I said, this Market won't be up until next weekend, so you have NO reason to travel north.
Also, if you receive a visit from one of us bearing gifts, it would be wise to accept it.

why would some one pay to have a shop in vivec when you are on of the furthest away factions sure;y it makes more sense to have shops in closer faction or just trade as and when you need it

because Vivec is basically the "Admins City" since we have all 3 admins. and we are one of the largest and well off of them. (But not the most well off or the largest) we just figured this idea would help keep our city connected but still distant. This is a privilege so dont abuse it. This will be the bartering center and its not Too close to Vivec so ur not tempted to enter our city.
