Slammer needs ban

Hi all,
You probbaly noticed that there is a griefer in the server. Its Slammer
He is griefing alot like the spawn and noobtown.
He got jailed but teleported to people many times. So thousends of dogs came all over the place.

Most of us thinks he need a ban. But the admins aren't online much and mods can't ban people.
Even he should get an global ban or just set him back to guest forever.
